At Mama Day Care, we are two sisters, Hilda and Hiba, as well as mothers, united by a shared passion for supporting children in their early development.

Creating a warm, nurturing, home-from-home environment sits at the heart of Mama Day Care, where every child is encouraged to feel safe, valued, and confident to grow.

Hilda brings over 20 years of experience in education, having worked across Early Years and primary school as a teacher and as part of a senior leadership team. This experience supports the delivery of high-quality care and meaningful learning opportunities for all children.

Hiba brings over 10 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, alongside the valuable perspective of being a mother. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and calm, supportive approach help ensure that the setting runs smoothly while maintaining a well-structured and caring environment.

As mothers, we understand the importance of trust, safety, and clear communication when choosing childcare. Together, we are committed to providing engaging experiences that help children build confidence, explore their interests, and develop essential life skills.

Working closely as sisters allows for consistent, personalised care, ensuring every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.
